REG / 01 — SNI

SNI Certificate

The Indonesian National Standard (SNI) is a standard established to ensure the quality, safety, and technical compliance of a product. For certain product categories, SNI compliance is mandatory before a product may be manufactured, imported, or sold in Indonesia. Outside the mandatory categories, SNI can also be voluntary — companies may still pursue certification even when their product is not in a mandatory category.

Companies need an SNI Certificate when their product is on the mandatory SNI list, or voluntarily, when they want to build market trust and meet tender/procurement requirements that call for SNI-certified products.

Typical Process With Us

1

Identify the SNI scheme (mandatory or voluntary) that applies to your product category.

2

Prepare technical documentation and coordinate product testing.

3

Support throughout the audit/certification process with the relevant institution.

4

SPPT-SNI certificate issuance and post-issuance support.

REG / 02 — IMPORT LICENSE

Import License

Import licenses, including the Importer Identification Number (API-U for general importers or API-P for producer-importers), are required for a company to legally carry out import activities into Indonesia.

Companies bringing in raw materials, components, or finished goods from abroad need this license, including any additional import permits that may be required for certain goods categories.

Typical Process With Us

1

Identify the type of import license suited to your profile and goods category.

2

Prepare company legality documents and import data.

3

Submit to the relevant authority/licensing system.

4

Import license issuance and support for initial use.

REG / 03 — TKDN

TKDN

TKDN (Local Content Level) measures the proportion of domestic components used in a product or service, expressed as a certificate with a percentage value. TKDN certification becomes an important requirement in government and state-owned enterprise (BUMN) procurement, and can be a competitive advantage in tenders.

Companies wishing to participate in government projects, BUMN projects, or projects requiring a preference for domestic products generally need a valid TKDN certificate.

Typical Process With Us

1

Map production components and the cost structure of your product/service.

2

Calculate TKDN achievement according to the applicable method.

3

Verification by the appointed institution/surveyor.

4

TKDN certificate issuance.

REG / 04 — BPOM

BPOM Marketing Authorization

Marketing authorization from the National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM) is required for processed food, traditional medicine, cosmetic, and health supplement products before they can be legally sold or distributed in Indonesia.

Without a valid marketing authorization number, products risk being withdrawn from circulation, face barriers to partnering with modern retail, and expose the company to legal risk.

Typical Process With Us

1

Product classification and determining the appropriate registration pathway.

2

Preparation of formulation, labeling, and supporting data documents.

3

Registration submission and follow-up coordination with BPOM.

4

Marketing authorization number issuance.

REG / 05 — NPB

NPB

NPB is a registration number required for certain product categories that must be registered before circulating in the Indonesian market, as part of the market surveillance system.

Companies manufacturing or importing products in categories requiring NPB need to ensure this registration is fulfilled so products can be distributed legally.

Typical Process With Us

1

Confirm the NPB requirement for your product category.

2

Prepare technical data and product legality documents.

3

Submit registration to the relevant system/authority.

4

Product Registration Number issuance.

REG / 06 — RKP-RPL

RKP-RPL

RKP-RPL is an Environmental Management and Environmental Monitoring Plan document prepared as part of a company's environmental management obligations, in accordance with the scale and type of business activity.

Companies with business activities that impact the environment need this document to fulfill environmental reporting and management obligations to the relevant authority.

Typical Process With Us

1

Assessment of business activities and potential environmental impact.

2

Preparation of the management and monitoring plan document.

3

Coordination of submission to the relevant environmental authority.

4

Document approval, ready for use as part of compliance.
